Will my sign language translations be checked before I receive them?

‍

Individual translations from SignStream are not quality checked by our Deaf translators. However, our AI technology is constantly being updated and trained by our Translation team to ensure translations are as accurate as possible. But, we know things can slip through the cracks which is why we have a robust feedback system to allow users to provide feedback on anything from individual translations created by SignStream Chat to live translations shown on streams.

I have a SignStudio account, do I need to create a new account for SignStream?

Yes! SignStudio and SignStream are two separate products so you will need a separate account for SignStream. Once you have created a SignStream account, you will have access to SignStream Chat and SignStream Dev.
