About Signapse
Signapse is an exciting hyper-growth startup that is bringing together AI and Sign Language. Our technology is grounded in world-leading computer vision research developed at the University of Surrey, and our AI product is being used with a number of major global brands that bring life-enhancing benefits to sign language users.
Job Requirements
The Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving growth by executing demand generation campaigns and contributing to lead generation strategies across multiple channels including events, webinars, SEO, and social.
Personal Requirements
- Lead Generation: Volume of leads, MQLs and SQLs generated each quarter
- Conversion: Lead to MQL conversion rates
- Channel Performance: Success of channels such as email open rates, click-through rates, webinar attendance, and event engagement
Example Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have some of the following:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech verticals
- An understanding of the end-to-end campaign process
- A good commercial acumen, with the ability to align closely with Sales to meet revenue goals
- Be comfortable with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Semrush and HubSpot SEO
- Have exceptional writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging copy
- Be curious and inquisitive. You’re passionate about understanding customer pain points and how to best position a brand to solve them
- Is excellent at cross-functional collaboration
- Can demonstrate adaptability and a passion for learning new marketing tools and techniques
Bonus:
- Knowledge of working in or with startups
- Is a BSL user, or has an understanding of the Deaf community

Hours
This is a full-time position of 5 days a week, with normal virtual office hours of 9am to 6pm, although flexibility is offered to suit reasonable personal circumstances. What matters most to
us is strong work ethic, teamwork and delivery of high quality output.
